I've been stuck at my current weight for about 2 weeks now, mainly because I fell off the wagon a few times, but got right back up and went back to controllling my carbs. That's the bad news.
The good news is that despite my food [and alcohol] mishaps, I've been constantly going to the gym [even joined a local gym so I have no excuse when I don't feel like driving!] and -- GASP! -- noticed that my clothes have become looser and -- DOUBLE GASP!! -- I can now fit into my skinny jeans!
Anyone else find an inconsistency in their weight loss vs. inch loss?
Anyway, instead of tracking my progress in lbs., I think I am going to keep track of my measurements and track my progress in inches instead. I'll still weigh myself, but knowing that the scale doesn't always reflect my true progress, I'll take my scale readings with a grain of salt.
Anyway [and I posted this on the before & after forum] here's a photo of my in my skinny jeans [yay!] taken today:
