  • having problems

    I do really well for about the first 3-4 days. I was planning to start over today; but I have already screwed up. I went to breakfast this morning, and ate chips and salsa with eggs, beans, rice, and tortillas. So I guess my start day will be tomorrow. I know I can do this because I have done the induction before. I am easily taken off course........

    Actually, you can start with your next meal....don't wait for tomorrow.

    And if you know it's hard for you at the beginning, try not putting yourself in those difficult situations. Eating out and going to friends can be hard until you've developed a new habit of eating Atkins WOE.
