You can have sweetened drinks if:
1. You do not count them in your minimum water intake (64 fluid ounces plus 8 extra ounces for every 25 pounds you want to lose)
2. They are sweetened with one of the allowed sweeteners (check the allowed foods list for this)
3. You count one carb for every 'serving' of them (check the bottle or can for how many fluid ounces equals one serving - I think it is usually 8 ounces, so a can will have more than one serving)
4. The limit for sweeteners is up to three servings a day - to include drinks and any foods with sweetening!

I have Wylers sugar free in my house. I use these ridiculously teeny glasses and only have half a glass to choke down my vitamin. Swallowing huge pills isn't my strong suit--lol.
However, I noticed I was in stall and decided to cut out the juice completely and just take the vitamin with my lunch (hey, I'm swallowing that anyway, lol) and I started losing again when I cut it out.
Even that teeny bit of sugar free juice was enough to make my weigh loss stop. So from now on it's all water for me. Lesson learned for me. ^.^
