  • Veggies!!!! How Much

    I Have Nor Read The Book Since 2000. I Cant Find It Anymore They Use To Have It Every Store Now Nothing.. But I Was Curious How Much Veggies A Day I Should Have... Iknow Green And Leafy But How Much. Are Broccoli Rabi, Green Beans, Romaine Lettuce Still Ok???

        I got both books, the revolution and Atkins for life, from my local library.

        Also, I believe on induction you can have 3 cups salad veggies or two cups salad veggies and one cup other.

        I think that's right. I'm still figuring all this stuff out.

            The FAQ forum has both the rules of induction and the list of allowed foods available.
            and dont forget the wallet sized induction foods list to print out and have with you at all times for reference at the top of this forum!
