  • Loosing on different parts of your body?

    Hey gang.

    I'm nearing my original goal I hope (still have to weigh myself) and I now have a 34" waist. I think I want to shoot for 32" though...... anyway.

    What I'm noticing now is that as I near the skinny zone the weight isn't falling off as it normally did when I started with a 39" waist.

    I've been stuck at 34" for 2-3 weeks now .. but the weight seems to be falling off my legs as I've lost at least 1/2 of an inch there and probably 3/4 of an inch.

    Is this normal? Have other people noticed this?

    hat I'm worried about is that I've accidentally added one or two foods that could stall me.

    I'm in an "Extended Ongoing Weight Loss" where I added one or two foods from the first two rungs (mostly dairy and extra veges).

    This seems to have worked up until now. I'm just worried that being in Thailand might have inttroduced some hidden sugar.

    The one thing I've now ruled out is fresh coconut.... its on a later rung and has 5g of sugar but they were HARD to turn down since you can't really get them in the states and they're .25..... They didn't seem to stall me earlier on but maybe they are now.

    Anyway.... any ideas guys.?

    If you are still losing inches from somewhere on your body you are not in a stall, so stick to eating what its allowed on your OWL rung and keep going.

    Out of curiosity, did you add your 5 net carbs as per the book in the laid-down rung order - first veggies then if all was well a couple of weeks later some dairy? Or did you add them in a random order or together.
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      Well I admit that I added Dairy about the same time as I added veges.... which is bad but this was WEEKs ago and I've lost 10 lbs and probably 3 inches since then... I also don't think I'm correctly in a rung two since I'm probably not eating enough veges...

      Its harder over here since there isn't as much salad..... but I'm trying!
