    hi everyone well back on introduction from today sunday 4th of june. really want to stick to it. Already miss my coffee and soy milk. I have 9 kilos to lose all up.
    I have a big week this week moving house and starting a new job so i will be real busy hope this helps.

    Welcome to our ADBB family.

    It sounds as if you really are going to be busy this week, so make sure you prepare lots of 'legal' snacks and meals to let you 'grab and go' if you are rushed off your feet.

      Stress is no fun. And moving makes things worse. I hate moving day. It's always fun going to a new place, but it's a nightmare trying to make it your own.

      I'm sure you'll be fine, just remember to drink plenty of water and of course, follow Elizellen's advice. (She gives great advice! )

        thanks guys

        Elizellen your recipe looks great i will have to make it once i have all my kitchen together. well day two and i broke and had coffee . i lost weight the first time drinking coffee but i know i have to kick the habit.

        well will be off line for a few days because moving house will be back on line real soon.

          Welcome Emmie. Give up that caffeine. All it can do is give you a false high followed by an even bigger down. Very bad for body. I felt so much better once I gave it up.
