    The Induction Headache

So yeah, after being away for a while, I've started on induction again.
This con-incided with the hot weather arriving and also the re-reading DANDR program, so all is good.

The thing I always dreaded was the headache experienced after just starting induction, as the sugar left my body, but, the last coupld of time I haven't had it and it's because of this-

    WATER!!!

I drink at least 3 litres of water a day every day and I'm convinced that it's this that keep the headaches away.
Also, in the morning when I take my vitamins, I pop 2 headache tablets.
    A pre-emptive strike!

So there you go, pre-emptively take 2 headache tablets for the first say 3 days and drink water like your life depended on it.
At least 3 litres a day!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        My eventual goal?
I actually don't know my friend.
The lowest I've been is 16 stone (224) so that's my immediate goal and then when I get to that, every pound that goes will be new and exciting.
I guess at the mo, I have each lowering stone as my goals.
        16...15...14...
        Any words of wisdom?

Oh yeah, my ticker is set to 15 stone (210)
Everyone was amazed at the difference in how I looked when I got to 16 stone (224) before, so when i hit 15, the difference will be amazing.
