I'm interested in your post because I'd been doing quite well for about six weeks, and this past weekend took the kind of "break" that left me "intestinally ill" for about 24 hours.I didn't think ice cream and Indian breads and, yes, even two Twinkies (I hadn't had them in 20 years, so I wanted to try them again) would have had that effect.
I've been concerned that weight loss zipped along at first and then levelled off and has remained that way for weeks. What I see is that I'd been indulging in low-carb bars several times a day.
I guess I can't have those for now.
I'm going to try again without the bars.
