  • End of Week 1!!!

Today is the end of week 1 for induction! I lost 5 pounds!!! I did have some sugar free candy so it wasn't exactly cheat free so I am planning on doing at least 2 more weeks of induction completly cheat free and then decide if I am going to do extended induction!

    Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
    1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
    2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
    3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
    4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
    5. Take a before picture of myself

congratulations on those 5 pounds dropped!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Well done, keep it up, remember induction is 2 weeks minimum.

Happy end of week 1 and good luck on week 2! I'm right behind you. I've had sugar free jello and it is allowed on induction, so I wonder what the difference is from sugar free candy? It may be ok.

hey, actually this is great, quite a few of us seem to have started at the same time.
Today is my end of week 1 too!
I won't post my loss, I'll wait till the 2 weeks are up, but I'm on plan (I'm in the zone!!!) and it's looking good.
          Keep it up everyone!
