    Green Beans?

I know we can have green beans on induction, but all the canned green beans in the store have sugar grams on the label. Should we only use fresh green beans?

All fruits and vegetables have naturally occuring sugars. What you don't want are added sugars. So read the ingredients. If the ingredients, don't list sugar or one of the sugar aliases, then the sugar listed in the nutritional info is naturally occuring.

Ohhh...Thanks not2late...that makes sense. I didn't realize that...I've been looking at the sugar grams on the nutritional label...whoops.
