  • Check this out guys..

Just updated my signature with new weight and measurements. I know 5lbs and 3 1/2" isn't a whole lot, but I am proud of my first 2 weeks. I can see and feel the difference. Not to mention I have been under a great deal of stress in my work and personal life in the past two weeks (unimaginable actually) and I could have definately given in and broken the induction, but I didn't. I guess my bust size went up from TOM. That's the only thing I can think of...weird, but I'm not complaining Just thought I'd share. For anyone just starting your induction...stick with it! It took me longer than I thought to start showing on the scales but it happens and you will feel so proud of yourself!

Best Advice I have heard: Read The Book! Buy it, borrow it, steal it (well, maybe not steal it)... but just get it.

It is alot. It is FANTASTIC! Its a victory.
    Keep going.

    Congratulations for sticking to induction
    and not allowing external pressures
to interfere with doing what is best
    for you.

                Weigh to go!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
