Today I had a major breakthrough! Today was my last day of work for the summer ( preschool teacher) and we had a big lunch. I saw the sweets this morning and immediatly said, "oh I can start again tomorrow" when it came time to eat, I didn't even want them
I was amazed at how easy it was to pass them up! I also took my measurments today. I had taken them 4/1 & 5/1 During that time I was on and off induction. When I took them today I was down 3.5 inches!!

Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
5. Take a before picture of myselfTags: None
