I am at the end of my 1st week of a clean induction and second week of this woe. I am down 11.1 pounds!! It is getting easier everyday. I went shopping the other day and saw my old favorites and looked, but just kept on walking. It didn't even cross my mind to just have one and start fresh tomorrow! That was my old downfall. I have been trying to drink at least a gallon of plain water a day. I did it 2 days out of the week. The others I drank at least 80 oz.
Goals for this week:
1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water at least 5 days
2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
5. Take a before picture of myself ( I am going to the beach tomorrow so it would be best to do it in my swimsuit-I hate pictures of myself)

That's great that you are passing up foods that use to tempt you so much. I like your goals...that's a great idea to commit to trying new recipes for the week. I get stuck on the same things too but recently I've started trying new things. I have found some awesome recipes at
