i love a good stew ,but can any one tell me how i can thicken it ,before atkins i would have floured meat or used corn flour at the end of cooking ,but seeing i am not to use flour, any help please ,iam going to have shin done in slow cooker tonight, i know it has a fancy name but cant remember lol
