  • End of Induction SUCCESS! Just DO it! Gratitude!

    Hey Everyone!
Two weeks ago I weighed 12 pounds more than I do now and I felt horrible, depressed, fat, and ugly!

For once in a long time I feel Gratitude! (And sense it's contagious, I'm sharing!)

I'm so glad I found ATKINS and I'm also so glad that I got the NEW Completely updated DANDR (Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution 2002) which explains and debunks everything people like to say about Atkins!

I'm so glad my clothes are looser! I'm so glad I'm not craving! I'm so glad I'm feeling better! I'm so glad I'm losing weight without CRAVING! I'm so glad to have found THIS forum and all the wonderful people who post here!

PS - I went out to lunch yesterday with a friend of mine and I had hot necked (not breaded) buffalo wings with real blue cheese dressing and celery! I CAN DO THIS and fit in and lose down to a normal size!

I am so grateful for ATKINS! (I'm so glad I'm not CRAVING)

And in case you missed it, I'm not craving!

Sadie, Congratulations! Your enthusiasm is contagious...and just plain makes me FEEL good for you! You're doing a great job. And you're right, it's easy to "fit in", it's easy to find foods to eat while you're out and about, it's easy to avoid the temptations if you stick to the plan. And, it's just plain easy to lose the weight. Keep up all the good work.

Are you staying put in Induction for a while, or will you move ahead to OWL Phase?

                          weigh to go.

and you are to be commended for asking first about stuff before you do it like the adding fiber to subtract cake carbs.
