    I did so good over the last 2 weeks, lost 11 pounds and then didn't do well the last 3 days. I am so mad at myself. I think after losing the 11 pounds and then messing up makes me want to do it even more. My aunt is also starting it and I think this will help. We are going to Miami together in August and both want to lose weight before we go. This is the 3rd time I have started and messed up since I started in April. 3rd time's a charm to show me I can't do this anymore.

    Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
    1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
    2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
    3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
    4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
    5. Take a before picture of myself

      Hi Heidi, welcome to the real world. Glad your not giving up. Some folks can jump right in and never look back but for some of us, it takes a few trys before we can really get into it. We can do this......

        Keep trying and you will see that with each day that passes it easier!
        Today is my 38th day cheat free and I cant believe it!

          you'll have a lots of support here and since your auntie is doing Atkins as well, everything is going to be easier for you

            welcome back to Atkins.

            just do a few days of induction to regain your ketosis and then move to OWL so you can have more varitety in your foods and not mess up again.
