Hey Sassy, what did you find you didn't like. I remember right after I started Atkins there was this TV show and this gal was doing Atkins and although she lost 6 pounds the first week, she just hated eating fat and it made her miserable, so she quit. This plan isn't for everyone thats for sure and we all understand.
