  • Finished Induction, my weight loss results

    Well Everyone, I did my two weeks and i'm down 15lbs. I'm very happy with that number. I'm going to continue with the induction for right now, because i know i'm not ready for the carbs yet. i'm not having cravings, but i'm still going to be very careful. So by 4th of july i can see my goal of 180, but with the rate i'm going it could be 177, so i'm loving that..anyway thanks you guys. i'll will be updating, and i will post new pics soon..

      weigh to go. remember it is very natural to have a decrease in rate of loss after the first 14 days. Happy low carbing

          Great Job! Try carrying around a 15lbs sack of potatoes or sugar or flour to get an idea how heavy 15lbs really is. Bet even with 15lbs your joints and bones appreciate the lightened load! Keep up the good work on Extended Induction!!!
