  • Reporting on goals!

    Reporting on my goals for yesterday and today!

    Wednesday:
    1. Drank 1 gallon of water!
    2. No recipes
    3. Had alfalfa sprouts-put them on salad, but will try them with some chicken salad-didn't mind them!
    4. Did walk away the pounds 1 mile
    5. No picture yet

    Thursday:
    1. Drank about 100 oz today
    2. No recipe-printed some out to try tomorrow
    3. Cooked up some scallions with my chicken-not bad-will try raw on salad (what else to do with them?
    4. Walked about 2 miles while geocaching!
    5. Took pictures while geocaching, but need full body picture.

    Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
    1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
    2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
    3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
    4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
    5. Take a before picture of myself

    Looks like a great start on achieving those goals
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      looks good

      I would suggest to your recipe testing you have something read just encase you hate it so you don't fall off cause you used up all your Atkins acceptable stuff in the recipe you don't like.
