    Some quick questions, I appreciate the help.

    Mustard looks Carb free, and other sauces/marinades anyone knows of?

    Onions, any carbs? Can I use in tuna, etc, or just a little in salads.

    Any easy way to get fiber, maybe supplements, etc? I've heard bad stories at difficulty using the bathroom, lol.

    Any diet soda anyone or everyone has had success with? Looks like Diet Pepsi my main drink is out the window? How about Poland Spring Seltzer with lemon?

    Got Hot Bacon Mustard salad dressing, no sugar or carbs, it's pretty good.

    Mustard is carb free, just remember that all mustards are not created equal. Check the ingredient list, and make sure sugar isn't listed in the ingredients.
    You can find some good ranch and blue cheese dressings without added sugar. Once again, just check the ingredient list. Horseradish sauce, mayonnaise (no sugar added), wasabi, hot sauces usually don't have added sugars.

    Onions have carbs, actually pretty high, but if you are chopping up a little bit, just count the carbs. I always use onion in dips, tuna salad, chicken salad, with my other veggies and in salad. I just don't eat a lot at one time. One cup chopped onion is 11 net carbs. But, 5 rings is about 2 net carbs. So, it's about portion.

    As long as you eat your 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup other veggies a day, you really shouldn't have a problem. Choose vegetables that are higher in fiber, spinach, greens, and spring mix salads vs romaine or iceberg lettuces. Do that first, and IF you have bathroom problems, then go for a fiber supplement like psyllium (think sugar free metamucil) or ground flax seed (you could use this to make a muffin or something...check the recipes forum).

    Personally, I stay away from the diet soda. I just drink plain ole water. On occasion I'll have an iced tea sweetened with Sweet N Low (I don't like Splenda in drinks...cooking is fine for me though, and it's all a personal preference) and on a rare occasion I'll have a glass of Crystal Light. But, in reality, we're talking once a month or every other month. When you first start with the water, it's hard, I know...but once you get drinking it a lot your body will crave it...and it actually tastes sweet to me now.

    What's the brand of the Hot Bacon Mustard dressing with no sugar or carbs?? I'll have to look for that. Welcome aboard...this WOE is fAB!
