btw the reason why i havent eaten more today.. is i woke up at 2 in the aftertoon and ate 4 hotdogs and waiting for a boy to get off of work so i can have a protien style burger with him
Did you have any vegetables with your burger later?
It would be better to have some of your 3 cups of veggies at each meal to spread them across your day - so a few mushrooms or cherry tomatoes with your hotdogs could do that.
