  • Help with eating.

I am currently on the induction phase and have currently started to take adderall. This decreases my appetite severly when I take it and I can't seem to force down food with out gaging. Any tips?

Also where can I find sugar free ranch dressing or a special brand that I can find?

It is very hard for me to force down water, tips?

Lost some these pasts two weeks and gained 5 back over the weekend but didn't cheat. What?!?! Seriously

    Thanks

Is there a different medicne you could take? Isn't that for attention problems? Maybe you could check with your doctor and take something else.

    Good luck!

I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

Hummm, you gotta eat so make the foods things you love. Check the list and plan meals that sound good. If you don't eat, you body tends to hang onto the fat instead of burning it.
Try the South Beach Diet Ranch, it has no sugar and it tastes pretty good

Maybe you need to aim to have 5 or more 'snacks' each day instead of larger meals, so you can eat a few bites of a highfat deliciously decadent food fairly frequently.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
