Got on scale this a.m. Back to 225 lbs. Gained the 10lbs back. Have to find the positive in this though....at least it wasn't more! Will begin 1st week again with hopes of losing a significant amount during the 1st week of induction again.

Hey Sweet Sadie...that wagon I was sitting on.....fell right off it!!!!! Smack dab on my backside...it hurt too!!!!(smile!!)
Had a stomach virus and took in the traditional chicken soup, 7-up, crackers, etc...Once I started to get better, went down hill from there...never stopped taking in the carbs. But dont worry....it was a temporary lapse in judgement. I'm back on track and the 10lbs previously lost will be gone again by the end of this 1st week induction restart. I have no doubt of that. Then I can focus on the rest of it.
You look like you are doing well. Keep it up. I will be truckin' right behind ya!

Next time do diet 7up and NO crackers! Are you feeling better today?
Be careful to not start a yoyo thing going with the weight because your body will figure you out and rebel and your metabolism will get all out of whack! Dr. Atkins talks about that in DANDR.
I'm FEARFUL of putting a bad old flour or sugar carb to my lips because from what everyone posts, the weight comes back really fast and the cravings can be awful. I am treating sugar and flour about the same way as I do cigarettes.... I just DON'T DO IT!
