  • What's for Dinner Tonight?????

I'm going out for dinner tonight. Typically I stick to an Induction-style meal when I eat at restaurants.

    Soooooo.....

    Tonight:
    Fillet Mignon

I'll probably have a small green salad and whatever steammed veggie accompanies the fillet. With this restaurant, it's either asparagus or broccoli. For dessert, I'll stick to a cup of tea or decaf coffee.

So what are you having tonight????

I had an inducton-legal meal of prawns in mayo/chopped red pepper dressing with raw spinach and red peppers!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I am broiling chicken wings. My family wants theirs BBQ'd, but mine won't be. I'll also have my 2 cups of salad with it with a little oil and vinegar. Before bed, I'll have a deviled egg. Just finished from cheese crisps...yum!

            Tonight:

A mixed vegetable salad using the leftover fillet from last night.

*Please, please, please note: when you eat at a restaurant and the portion size is generous or the appetite suppression of ketosis has kicked in and you're not as hungry, it's okay to not eat everything on your plate. Don't force yourself to finish something because it's on your plate. I bring my leftovers home and use them for other meals.

Tonight some friends brought in dinner and we had broiled lobster and scallops with a salad with ranch dressing.

Hey Irish, how do you do that to the lobster? What I mean is, someone gave me 2 sizeable lobster tails (prepackaged, frozen, they are brown not pink so that means they are raw) Give me an idea to fix em, do I just throw them on the bbq grill. My oven and broiler is not workable (the glass exploded on the over about 6 months ago and I hav not gotten it fixed yet.)
