Tamariah is right - yogurt is introduced once you get to the dairy rung of OWL if your body can handle it!

Hey there, as soon as you get to the dairy rung you can have the yogurt. Pretty much every grocery store has it, it's called Dannon Carb Control Yogurt and has 3 carbs per cup. I found another brand while shopping a couple weeks ago, it's Blue Bunny Carb Control Yogurt and has 5 carbs per cup, I would recommend those because you get more, with the Dannon the cups are pretty small. Hope this helps
i usually have one low carb dannon yogurt a day, i mix some ground up flax in it and pretend it's granola....
but as everyone else said, not for induction.
