    Hi
    Welcome to our ADBB family
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Congrats to you!!! I've lost before too and I think there is a method to doing Atkins especially extended induction before the rungs. I think the weight lost spread out over the months/years equate to 10 lbs. per month. What's everybody take on that?

          Re: First day finally over!!

I have to disagree here about the extended induction thing. This is my Second time around too and I did 4 weeks of induction only because I screwed up my first two and wanted to do it right. On my 5th week I moved into OWL and haven't looked back. I've lost right at 70 lbs in a little over 6 months IN ONGOING WEIGHT LOSS NOT INDUCTION. I've managed to stick to the plan and feel GREAT about it because I moved into OWL and have allowed myself to have variety! I just can't feel deprived when i'm eating such great things, with the added benefit of the appetite suppression which keeps me from overeating most of the time.
