  • My Day #2.

    I got on the scale today, and I was slightly bigger. Yes, that is a deterrent but I will keep going.

    Still cheat free. Drinking my bottles of H20.
    My Stats:
    F/35/5'5"

    It happens, try to just ignore the scale for a couple days.
    You might want to go down to Journals and start one. They are very helpful and lots of supporting folks down there who will help out when you have problems.

        Dolphin, just stay away from those darn scales lol I avoid them like the plague. I approach them with caution and stare at them for several minutes before I even attempt to step aboard. Most days, weeks, months, years, I have walked right by them pretending they don't even exist! Think that's how I got here in the first place. But, I guess I'll have to weigh myself at the end of this two weeks......but I don't want to.......

          You are doing great. Just keep going and weight yourself every week on the same scale. there is no need to weigh yourself every 10 mins or after every meal.

            you are doing great Dolphin. keep it up. If you didnt take your measurements with a tape measure yet, get on it! There is NOTHING mroe rewarding then seeing the inches move when that damned scale is STUCK!
