When I do the fitday chart it says eggs, sausage, and ice tea have carbs. I don't understand that. My eggs say no carbs and the DANDR gram counter says eggs and meat are 0 trace. Which is correct? I was eating eggs for breakfast and eggs as a snack.
Eggs do have carbs, about .6 grams for one large egg.
That said, double check your fitday entry. When I enter eggs in I enter it in as "one raw egg". If you enter in scrambled eggs, for example, Fitday's database shows milk and whatnot mixed in it.
Depending upon the sausage you're using, it may have more carbs than you think. Again, Fitday's database will reflect one thing while your package may reflect another. Use the nutritional info on your package of sausage and enter it in as a custom food.
