I purchased my book yesterday and stayed up extremely late trying to read it for a good start today........I woke up this morning (tired) and did not have an appetite for food. I am not normally a breakfast person so this is no surprise. I know it says to eat within 2 hours of waking up but I am not hungry!
I have also been reading the board and wondered what is FITDAY? I am totally confused about this introduction period. I am not exactly sure of what to eat and what to stay away from (probably in the book but didn't see it). I see all of the 30 different meal plans but not sure if this is for the OWL or introduction.
Someone help me.
