I am a longtime lurker here. I have been doing Atkins since 6/13 and the results have been really good.
I feel so much better and the weight is coming off- one thing I have noticed in week 1 of the induction is that I had a huge suppression with my appetite. Now though it seems to have come back and this is only week 5.
I find myself going back for 2nds again and snacking on protein in between meals. What am I needing more protein? more fiber? I am not sure what is going on? Any advice would be helpful? - Rumania
