  • Day 3 and I just cheated!

Today is my 3rd day on induction. Yesterday I felt so bad because my head was very heavy and I slept all day.

And I just cheated! I ate dessert, there are a lot of carbs! What can I do to make it's still on process?
May be I'll go to the gym and burn some calories then all of the carbs that I ate will gone!

Please help me! Thanks a lot!

you need to stick to Induction because now you need to get into ketosis again.
be strong and after few days you'll feel much better!
So if you are tired, get a nap, rest, or make some nice induction friendly snacks!
I don't know what you like or not... but the first few days I was very hungry... so eat veggies (lettuce, cucumber or celery) and I used my cream cheese portion of the day for those emergencies. So try slices of cucumber with cream cheese spreaded lightly on top, it's delicious... or roll some bacon slices over some cheese sticks and fry quickly! and eat with a toothpick
    you can make it!!!

Just carry on with your normal eating plan - and see if you can think back and work out what 'made' you eat something not on the allowed list, so you can plan a strategy for avoiding it!

Though increasing exercise is never a bad thing, try not to treat it as a punishment!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

One of the goals of induction is to allow your body to slide into ketosis, a miraculous state of being where your body actually burns your fat stores instead of shunting fat all over the place.

Ketosis can't happen if you cheat, so don't.

Its completely normal to have weird symptoms the first couple of weeks, then your body adjusts.

Just get back on induction, and stick to it, and ignore all weird symptoms. Trust me, they fade.

        You can do it.

And drink lots and lots of water to flush the yucky carbs out of your system. And as the others have said, get yourself back on track. Good luck! You can do it.
