where do you guys get your sausages from? what brand?
i've been looking but they all have added stuff that i can't eat in and a lot of carbs.

I buy the german-type of sausage - bratwurst or bockwurst which have justmeat plus spices.
I buy mine from lidl (http://www.lidl.co.uk to find your nearest one) but aldi (http://www.aldi.co.uk/) and many other supermarkets will also have them.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

My husband and I buy Boars Head Knockwurst, it's sugar free. They also make sugar free sausages, kielbasa, bratwurst, bacon, etc.5'4"/F/30
