    I am and wish anyone else who is starting today best of luck, I need it, I know I should post this in 2nd time around but starting on induction again I really like it here!!! I have 30lbs to lose... so here we go!!!!

    What did you have for breakfast????

    Leah had:

      hi leah and welcome back.

      I was quite lazy for breakfast mainly because it is sooo hot that i didnt feel like eating,so i had.........

      2 boiled eggs and a few strips of red pepper and cucumber slices
      (i have it programmed in me that i must spread my veggies out )whether i feel like them or not.....And lots and lots of

      Yes....do come and join us in the cheatfree challenge,there are lots starting out again just like you and its a great place to get support and advice for when that cheat monster trys to rear its ugly head.

        I am so new to this site, but its awesome. I miss the old Atkins.com were I could track my progress. This is the 2nd time around for me. I lost 40 lbs the first time, but just kinda quit losing weight. So today is my day 2 of the induction part. I would appreciate any help possible. Thank you!

          Hi welcome to the board. If you are looking for a place to track your progress go to www.fitday.com. You can log in your foods for the day and keep track of your weightloss and exercise. Many members of this board use this site.

            Thanx for the link, its great. I need to see the progress or lack there of. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this site. Its cool to see others struggling like myself.

              Thanks all tomorrow is the day for me... atkins and I am trying to be cheat free until December I amg oing to see if I can join the cheat free board!
