  • Smints ? We can eat smints?

I have always been nuts about Smints... I've read somewhere we could eat smints while on Atkins, is that true?

Re: Smints ? We can eat smints?

I think I'm right if I say "Technically, no" as it can cause some people to stall, and also isn't 'legal'.

Personally I never had a stall with sugar subs, such as Aspartame etc. We're only meant to have a splenda based product though, but I can small amount of diet coke, or eat sugar free gum, without it causing me to stall.

I'm sure someone like 2big or Elizellen can give you a detailed clarification.

I tried to find the ingredient and nutritional info but I don't see it on their website. Did you check that info on the dispenser? If its made from legal ingredients then yes, if not then no.

The nutrition info is well hidden, but here is some info
        http://www.chupachupsgroup.com/acces...p?intIdProd=14
but they dont list the actual ingredients to check if they are induction-legal - apparently they are listed on the pack.
If you are not sure perhaps you can list the ingredients for someone to comment on.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
