It depends wether it is decaff and which stage of the diet you are in to be honest, if you are in the first 14 days of induction, which I assume you are because you posted it in this section then it must be decaffinated.
In the first 14 days, personally I would recomend that you only drink water. But thats my opinion.

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
