But it takes a few courageous steps. Number one, is to affirm positive action for yourself. How you talk to yourself is extremely important. Always, always, always affirm that you are powerful beyond measure. And you are.
If we weigh all the negative energy and time it takes to maintain an unhealthy lifestyle, then we can see that it isn't a lack of power, but merely how we choose to apply it. A quick decision to nuture ourselves can turn that around. Personally, I find it far easier to support myself than to treat myself badly.
The 2nd step is to get carbage out of your house, no excuses, no exceptions.
The 3rd step is to fill your house with healthy choices.
The 4th step to is EAT. EAT, EAT, EAT!!! Keep yourself full of healthy food, and stop dwelling on junk. With a full belly carbage really loses its appeal.
The 5th step is to keep going, and don't cave in when you make a mistake. If you fail, own it, don't make excuses for it, or guilt yourself, just get back on induction with your next bite.
