There is one in the Atkins for Women forum.

If you are female you can be subscribed to the forum if you send a pm to Bren and ask to be subscribed, or go to your 'User CP', click on 'Group Memberships' and then on the 'Join Group' link to the right of the forum name.

But you do need to have some info in your signature identifying you as being eligible to join - so put the word 'female' or just the letter 'F' in your signature to show this.

Another good bit of info to be added to your signature is your start/current/goal weight as well as your height.

This helps others help you with advice, as it allows them to see at a glance how far along your Atkins journey you have travelled.
