      No problem, julirama! I have deleted the extra post for you.

      Actually you should be able to delete any of your own posts by clicking on the 'edit' button at the bottom of it and selecting 'delete' (giving your reasons if you want), and it will show as a deleted post. When the mod of the forum does their routine 'housecleaning' they can disappear it completely after that.

        BUT if anyone is looking at those 'induction' menus do check the ingredients of any Atkins products like bread or mixes or bars suggested to make sure ALL of the ingredients of the products are 'legal' for induction or any stage of Atkins.
        Most of the bars (Atkins or other makes) are NOT induction-legal as they contain milk, nuts, fruit, soy or grains!!
