If it contains aspartame as the sweetener, no it isn't allowed, per the Rules.
You can make your own sugar free gelatin using unflavored gelatin, flavorings and either saccharin or splenda.

I ate 3 servings of sugar free Jell-O this week... and I still managed to lose 11.5 pounds. So while it may not technically be allowed (due to the aspartame), it sure beats going off plan because you want something really sweet! I try to save it for days when I'm really craving something "dessert-like."It's now or never.
