    and feelin good ..

    This is what i have eaten so far ...

    1 oz cheddar cheeze - 1 carb
    1 pc canadian bacon - 2 carbs

    1 1/2 cups lettuce - 3 carbs
    1/3rd bell pepper - 3 carbs
    1 oz cheeze - 1 carb
    1 oz ham - 3 carbs
    3 slices of cucumber - 1 carb
    olvie oil
    vinigar

    5 small salami slices

    1 1/2 liters of water so far


    Im gonna do better tomorrow and tinight. i think iv had too much processed meat ( canadian bacon & ham lunch meat)

    but yeah so far so good .. and im feelin great

    Awesome job! Today is my first day of induction, so far I've had scrambled eggs, 60 oz of water, 8 mini pieces of sausage, and a salad.. I will have some brocolli and hamburger pattie for dinner! We can do it!
