I cant do it! ahh I keep trying and trying so I quit.. i eat a billion carbs.. mmm nachos, cake, buffets, taco bell, mcdonalds.. tripple size and omega size!
but now i wanna change.
I want to do it the right way.
Tell me if what i am doing sounds good.
30 minutes of cardio exersize 3 days a week
3 meals each day
breakfast containing 2 or 3 eggs fried (with butter) and bacon.
lunch containing a hamburger patty and small salad (what dressing should i use?)
dinner containing humburger patty or hotdogs or chicken breast with cucumber and mustard to dip..
does that plan sound good?

Anyone have anything else to add? Oh....1 more thing.....double check on that hotdog (weinie) thing. I don't think that is recommended for induction. I assume you are gonna make a clean start with induction. The other meat is good. You want to avoid those processed meats. You may have to hold on the salad too. I need to check. Anyone? Also, vary your food. Don't eat the same thing everyday. It will get old. But go buy the book!! It will help loads....Good luck!!!
