As long as the chai tea is not a "chai tea latte" Starbucks style, but rather tea prepared with a decaf. tea bag you are fine as it is treated like any other decaf. herbal tea. A few things on your menu do concern me, however. First would be the lack of fiber with your breakfast. I would recommend eating a few pieces of celery or another quick and easy vegetable as it is a great idea to consume fiber with your protein and fat. Second is the "creamer" you are using... many times creamers contain ingredients that are either not induction legal or artificially raise the carb count. Perhaps you can substitute it for a bit of good ole' heavy whipping cream? Everything else looks great, but I imagine those hamburger patties would be great wrapped in a few pieces of crisp lettuce or perhaps a spoonful of sautéed mushrooms on top.
