but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

You got a flair about you that I like as well. I'm a week in, and I think the people in induction like myself deserve some hope, so here I am girl!

Guess you've got a good point, Dolphin... Some newbies probably don't venture out of here for 2 whole weeks! --And, in a sense, it is during that time they will learn that (its all so simple) about this diet!!
