  • Day 4

    Ok, its day 4 and i almost cheated so many times !! I honestly even baught a bag of MnMs and then gave them to a coworker before i even got back to my desk .. haha .....im such a nerd ...... but i DIDN'T cheat at all .. but I havent really eaten very well. Thats probably why im wanting to eat all that junk .. Im gonna eat reallly healthy tonight and do really good starting tomorrow.. ( i know, i said that yesterday too huh )

    chai tea - 0
    2 mini moo cup - 2
    1 splenda pckt- 1
    1 oz cheeze

    1 med porkchop cooked with olive oil - 0
    1 diet soda - 1

    3 raw almonds - 1?
    chai tea - 0
    2 mini moo cup - 2
    1 splenda pckt- 1

    NO WATER !! im gonna start drinking right now !!

    8 carbs so far ...

    Tonight i plan on eating shrimp, sauteed in butter and garlic
    and a salad on the side, and drinking my 60oz of water ....

      I wondered that too!
      Also the almonds are not an induction-legal snack!

      I also noticed you had no vegetables until the evening. You will be better off if you spread your veggies through the day to even any blood sugar spikes from them.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          Half and half = half milk and half cream I think, so actually is not an induction-legal choice for you.

          Better to use proper cream instead and save the half/half till you reach the dairy rung of OWL.
