flaxseed oil?

ohh shoot as I am reading the bottle to type it in I see it just says "Flax Oil" no seed? hah sorry Ia m stupid when it comes to this things.. is this what I suppose to be taking? I bought the dietary supplement 10 softgels it says is 1000mg with omega-3 Fatty acids
do I need to go exchange it? and if this one is fine.. how many a day? you know to help things moving?

oil has no fiber. you want the fiber in the seeds or the ground seeds to move things along. you can find the seeds in the specialty flour section of your grocery store or in a healthfood store.

My organic borage flax seed oil contains 1 gram of fiber per tablespoon (go figure!), and I take 2-3 per day for the Omega 3, 6, & 9 benefits. I just toss it into a shake along with ground organic flax seed meal, cream cheese, tofu, Eggbeaters, water, two handfuls of ice, and protein powder, and it tastes fantastic! (Of course, protein powder is for after Induction.)
