Hey Guys today was day 1 for me on Atkins this was eating plan :
BreakfAST: HAD EGGS WITH CHEESE
Lunch : HAD TUNA WITH MAYO IN A BOWL WITH A PICKEL
Dinner:HAD A GRILLED CHICKEN CEACER SALAD
Was that good was that enough food any feedback would be appreciated thanks I am looking to lose 15-20 lbs

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
