    Hey Guys today was day 1 for me on Atkins this was eating plan :
    BreakfAST: HAD EGGS WITH CHEESE
    Lunch : HAD TUNA WITH MAYO IN A BOWL WITH A PICKEL
    Dinner:HAD A GRILLED CHICKEN CEACER SALAD

    Was that good was that enough food any feedback would be appreciated thanks I am looking to lose 15-20 lbs
    Start Weight~145

    GoalWeight~125

    Get your veggies in there! Have some broccoli or asparagus or spinach with your tuna. What kind of greens did you have in your ceaser salad? The 3 cups of veggies/greens rule is very important, it helps you to feel satisfied and get your nutrients in.

      all together those foods werer acceptable for a day. However they need to be balanced so you are having some of your carbs (veggies right now), some protein and some fat with every feeding.

      Checkout the veggie lists in chapter 11 and plan your day so you get the full 3 cups eatten buit spread through out the day.

      As to amounts only you can answer that about the total amount you had. did you feed only your hunger and stop as soon as you were no longer hungry even if you had food on the plate room in your belly or carbs in your budget? if so then that was the right amount to eat. you will find that some days you are hungry and some days you aren't so you shouldn't be eating the same amount every day every meal. that is one of the hard things for newbies to learn. When you get it down pat you will be well on your way to being a smaller healthier you.

          BKFST: How many eggs, how much cheese, what kind. Where's some veggie with this meal. What to drink?
          LUNCH: How much tuna & mayo, what kind/size pickle, What to drink?
          DINNER: composed of what amount what ingredients, including dressing? What to drink?
          Did you have any snacks?
          These are things you should learn to be conscious of. At the end of the day, you want 30% of your calories to come from protein, 70% from fat and 5% from carbs.
