Does anyone have any ideas for a breakfast without eggs? I HATE eggs with passion and I can't figure out what else I could eat for breakfast in the morning.

Re: Breakfast without eggs!?
you never have to eat eggs for that matter you don't have to eat traditional breakfast foods in the AM either our stomaches have no idea what time it is and can digest anything they normally eat at any time. try some left ovwer dinner. i love taco salads or roasteed veggies and meat. you can cook extra dinner on purpose just to have for breakfast.

Re: Breakfast without eggs!?
Think outside the box. Instead of having "breakfasty" foods, having something else. Have whatever's left over from last night. Have a salad, with some chicken in it. Have anything you'd have any other time of they day.
The sky's the limit.

Leftovers.
What I like during the summer months is a chilled vegetable soup with some bland type meat, like roast chicken or pork, on the side.~Megs~

ANYTHING at all from the allowed foods (assuming you are in induction phase) is fine, any time of day. ANY meat, fish, shellfish; some cheese, a slew of veggie choices, olives avocados cream butter....Breakfast merely means the breaking of your overnight fast. I frequently finish last night's meal, &/or start with celery & cream cheese.~Susan

Re: Breakfast without eggs!?
cream cheese on red bell pepper is good
slice jicama thin and use it as "bread" and sandwich stuff between it
make a pumpkin smoothie
1/3 cup canned or fresh pumpkin cooked
2 Tbl heavy cream
a shot of DaVinci sugar free vanilla syrup (or a pkg of splenda with some vanilla extract)
pinch of cinnamon
ice
water to thin
blend and drink
you can do the same smoothie with avocado as well just leave off the cinnamon
