    hubby is craving a hamburger as I have not drag anyone out since starting atkins LOL..... so we more than likely will go to mcdonalds to let the kids play...
    what can I eat? grilled chicken caesar salad? and just take my dressing? as their dressing is too many carbs?

    can I eat a bunless hamburger? I wonder if they add some sort of soy or something in their meat that will throw me off?

    Get you a burger with no ketchup. Sometimes I take a low carb tortilla (not on induction) and make my own "burger"

            I've heard McD's has the best ground beef out of the various fast food places, who knows. I've gotten a quarter pounder without ketchup and taken it apart.
