Induction results!!!
Hey all!!! Well tomorrow is my last day of induction and I have lost 15 pounds!!!! Amazing...All I can say is thank goodness for moch danish and pumpkin. These snacks saved me at night which is my most difficult time to control my eating. I will stay on induction a little while longer I still have 45 to lose. My parents said my faced looked thinner today and I didn't even tell them I am doing Atkins. This board has been a life saver for me. I have gotten so many great ideas. I will be posting pics soon. I love looking at before during and afters. Can't wait to see mine!
