Try to make your own hamburger. It's simply ground meat. And it's less expensive to buy ground meat and make your own than it is to buy them pre-formed.
As for mayonnaise, I'm guessing you aren't in the US or Canada because you're listing your foods in gram weights. If you post your question in the International Forum, the folks there might be able to help you out with brands specific to your country.
The mayo I buy (Lidl/UK) is 0.9 carbs for 100 grams!!
